There are several sessions available for you to transform your life via CBT, and energetic work such as NLP and hypnosis and psychology.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a structured session unlike a psychological session. During a CBT session, you will be assessed and Kei will formulate and treat you based on what you experience and feel to improve your condition or situation.

Since Kei is a holistic psychologist and an energy work practitioner, she will apply various psychological theories and psychometric tests to assess and treat you
with the most optimal methods.

We recommend you the first thorough assessment session to book from the CBT &Ener gy (CBT&E) page, which also includes a brief energetic/psychological work after the assessment.

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) – conventional CBT session for your mind and behaviour change.
  • CBT &Energy (CBT&E) In addition to CBT, an energetic session is included to transform you from subconscious and energetic levels.
  • NLP – Energy work to transform your psychology and subconscious mind to support you to reach your goals
  • EMDR – Release traumatic mental, emotional and energic energies and memories
  • Reiki – Heal you emotionally, mentally, physically and energetically
  • Cognitive Behaviour Hypnosis (CBH) – After a cognitive behaviour analysis, you will receive a hypnosis session to obtain your goals.
  • Hypnosis – Energy work to transform your psychology and subconscious mind to support you to reach your goals
  • Ego State Therapy – If you experience Hearing voices, or mental health challenges such as depression, this is highly recommended.
