How to Book
Simply email us the following information together:

  • The session name, event, or class you wish to book.
  • The desired length of the session.
  • Your preference for online or face-to-face interaction.
  • Your top 3 or 4 preferred dates and times. For face-to-face sessions, please take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions provided at the bottom of this page.

Terms & Conditions
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

  • During sessions, we ensure proper ventilation and temperature control, so feel free to bring a jacket or sweater, just in case.
  • To make sure you have a pleasant experience, we kindly request you to check your health conditions at least 48-72 hours before the appointment. If you feel unwell, let us know by email, and we can reschedule or switch to an online session to accommodate your needs. Please be aware that cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a rescheduling or cancellation fee.
  • For face-to-face sessions, we follow strict health protocols, including testing, mask-wearing, and other protective measures.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling policy
    • We mainly operate at Moorgate/Bond Street, while Farringdon is primarily used for Hypno sessions. Specific policies apply to each location.
      • Kindly notify us by email as soon as possible if you need to make any changes
      • Moorgate/Bond Street – If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the fee will be charged. Within 24 hours of your appointment, the full 100% fee will be charged.
      • Farringdon – For cancellations and rescheduling made within 9 days of your booking after 4 pm on weekdays, there will be a £40 charge. The rest of the cancellation and rescheduling policy applies in the same manner.

Face to Face session Booking

1) Self-assessment on your condition
Before booking a face-to-face session, we kindly ask you to make sure you are free from cold, flu and Covid virus in the past 3 weeks.

1) In the last 3 weeks up to today, you are not Covid 19-positive or experienced cold symptoms such as fever, coughing, sore throat, headache, runny nose, sneezing, etc.

2) In the last 3 weeks up to today, your family/a partner/ housemate you live together didn’t have Covid, cold or flu symptoms.

3) In the last 4 weeks, you and your family, or people living with you didn’t receive a vaccination.

4) If you have experienced Covid positive/Covid-like symptoms, you can book a session with us if at least 10 days have passed since you fully recovered, and also you have confirmed your recovery with a Covid test at the end of the recovery process.

5) Please let us know if you currently suffer from Long Covid, experiencing recurring positive Covid results, or showing symptoms of Covid/Cold.

6) If you have recently travelled from abroad, please book a session at least 4 days passed since you arrived in the UK.

If you have recovered from Covid
– Please make sure a minimum of 3 weeks have passed since the last day of your symptoms you had, and make sure your Covid test result is negative after your recovery before you come to your session.
– During the session, kindly wear a mask if you had Covid within the past 3 weeks. You can conveniently purchase a test kit from Medisave (online) or local pharmacies for your convenience (Medisave (online) about at £1 from this link).

2) Once assessed as low-risk/Covid free

  • You can book a session
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the location address.
  • For a smooth experience, please confirm it by email and make payment promptly, as our therapy room is shared with other therapists and we need to secure the room for you.

3) On the session day
Please be mindful of any Covid symptoms. If you experience any such as frequent coughing and fever, or runny nose, we will switch to an online/phone/remote session. Otherwise, feel free to reschedule as a new session (no refund within 48 hours).
