– Depending on the nature of the session and room availability, location will be selected (e.g., with/without a treatment table). All the locations are about 5 min walk from tube stations.

About treatment effect
– How you sense the effect varies as individual senses vary.
– Treatment is not a medical surgery, and we are not in a position to guarantee any symptoms to cure or generate your desired results. If you have any mental or physical illnesses, please continue to see your doctor.
– If you have any medical problem and are under certain medication, please obtain your GP’s approval in advance for any sessions you would like to have such as any clinical-related hypnosis and massage prior to your booking. We are not responsible for your health conditions.

For a face-to-face session booking, a Covid prevention procedure is required
Thank you for your interest in a face-to-face session. In order to be safe for you and your practitioner, please follow the following requirements to book a face-to-face session. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
- This is for everyone including people who has no symptoms, had vaccinations, used an aeroplane, returned from overseas, etc.
- Make sure you are 100% Covid and cold-symptom-free in the past 3 weeks. No fever, no coughing, runny nose, no frequent clearing of throat or irritation, no cold, no sense of loss, sneezing, headache, etc.

- If you suffer from Long Covid or experience recurring symptoms, please book only online sessions.
- If you had a vaccination, you can book a session only after 1 month. Please take a test after 4 weeks of your vaccination and make sure you are not Covid positive

- In the winter season only – Please send the following info. all together with your session request.
- with a Covid negative test result.
- If you had vaccinations – When you had them, any side effects, symptoms you have or not.
- When you got contracted Covid in the past if you had.
- In the winter season only – Take a Covid-test within 3-4 days of your appointment, and email us your test result and a white test bar photo at least 72 hours before.
- After booking –
- Please note: we will cancel your session if we find you do frequent coughing or fever after we meet in the therapy room and the cancellation fee will be charged 100%. So please be mindful. -> It will be switched to an online/phone/remote session straight away if an alternative online session is possible. If not, you need to re-book the session as a new session.
- You may say it is a cold but if you have a cold symptom that is similar to Covid, it cannot be an excuse, and please cancel your sessions beforehand. We understand you book a session with the agreement of our terms and conditions.
- In the winter season only – Wearing a mask is not mandatory.

Important

- We will leave a window slightly open for ventilation purposes. Please bring a jacket or a sweater to wear just in case as it may be chilly. A heater is on.
- Please check your health conditions at least 72h before and notify us by email if you feel unwell, and we can reschedule. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee if you reschedule or chancel within 48h-72h.
